The walk
4.1 km out-and-back walk between Predaia and Sfruz, up to Quota 1973 (bivio 500), 135 m of total ascent: about 1 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1888 and 1980 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Gummererhof (3.2 km) and lunch at Nerina in Romeno (6.9 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Bolzano: about 30 min (21 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
Take a train to Bolzano, then a regional bus or a taxi for the last stretch. Our link plans the whole trip with Google Maps public transport.
