The walk
5.3 km out-and-back walk between Vobbia and Carrega Ligure, up to Passo Sesenelle, 289 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1114 and 1245 m above sea level. Along the way: Cappella di San Fermo and Valico di San Fermo. After the walk: lunch at Ligagin in Lumarzo (15.2 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Genoa: about 35 min (24 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
