The walk
4.8 km out-and-back walk near Elva, up to Presso Brione, bivio T22-T41A, 366 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1445 and 1601 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Lou Pitavin in Marmora (8.9 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Cuneo: about 1 h (42 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
