The walk
5.6 km out-and-back walk between Marzabotto and Monte San Pietro, up to San Giacomo, 323 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 480 and 703 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Casaleta (2.8 km) and lunch at Amerigo dal 1934 in Valsamoggia (6.7 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
