The walk
5.1 km out-and-back walk between Manziana and Oriolo Romano, up to Olmata Tre Cancelli, 143 m of total ascent: about 1 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Cantina Morichelli (7.9 km) and lunch at Iotto in Campagnano di Roma (19.3 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
