The walk
4.6 km out-and-back walk between Calice al Cornoviglio and Tresana, up to Alpicella, 400 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 535 and 647 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Podere Fedespina (9.1 km) and lunch at La Burlanda in Fosdinovo (14.9 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

By car
From La Spezia: about 20 min (14 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
